We are a non-profit and rely on donations and purchases from our online store to help rescue and rehome these amazing dogs. Each Weimaraner that enters the DC Area Weimaraner Rescue is given immediate medical care and a safe haven either at Weim World or a foster home until they find their furever family. 

 

We NEVER turn a Weimaraner in need away. The Weimaraner breed is a sporting dog, requires a lot of exercise, and is very loyal to their human. Please check out our online store and remember, every purchase is tax deductable. 

ADOPTIONS

The DC Area Weimaraner Rescue has many Weimaraners, both young and senior Weims, avaiable for adoption. Feel free to check out our "Adopt" page to see all the available Weims who are looking for their furever homes. Each Weim is unique and waiting to meet their new loving family.

The DC Area Weimaraner Rescue is able to continue their mission of saving homeless and surrendered Weimaraners in need. Many of the Weims who come into our rescue require immediate medical attention that ranges from $300+ per Weimaraner. We gratefully accept donations!!!
